Cooking is one of my many passions and this particular photo is of one of the various dishes that I have come up with this year, its a basic Rice Noodle with Garlic Steams, Mushrooms, Green Onion, Snap Peas, Garlic, Onion and Tofu mixed in a Sweet Thai Chili Sauce.

They bloom for such a short period of time that finding that perfect shot can be fun at times, this is one of my favourite shots that I took while at High Park during their Cherry Blossom Festival this year.

So many ways to do up fried rice and different ways to serve it as well, this was a shot that I took of this particular dish that I made using what we had around the house and left over rice.

I love to bake when I have the chance to do so, and this was one such occasion, I tried my hand at making gluten free and vegan chocolate chip cookies, they turned out very well. Served them to guests and they never guessed that they where actually a healthy version of their favourite treat.

Each year we carve a pumpkin even if we are not shelling out, this year was no different. We used a White Pumpkin this year and carved this little critter. I think it turned out rather well on all accounts, those who saw it on halloween night said they liked it at least.

Well there are times when you just can’t pass up a chance to snap a interesting photo, one that makes you laugh or smile. This is one of those shots of my dad going though old negatives that he took oh so many years ago.

Well there are many of us that enjoy taking photo’s of dogs and I’m such a person – its one of my life passions, always looking for that pup with a happy expression on their face.

It was a hard to get shot and one that I wasn’t sure I’d gotten until I got home, that night was very over cast and trying to find a spot that worked to take photos well this is the result.

At the Gardner’s Cottage (Kew Gardens) in the beach area of Toronto you can always find interesting flowers during various parts of the year, and this is one that I took while walking by one day.

Sometimes when out waking you find the most interesting angles of light and nature, this is one such image that I took while out walking one winter day.
