So many ways to do up fried rice and different ways to serve it as well, this was a shot that I took of this particular dish that I made using what we had around the house and left over rice.

I love to bake when I have the chance to do so, and this was one such occasion, I tried my hand at making gluten free and vegan chocolate chip cookies, they turned out very well. Served them to guests and they never guessed that they where actually a healthy version of their favourite treat.

Each year we carve a pumpkin even if we are not shelling out, this year was no different. We used a White Pumpkin this year and carved this little critter. I think it turned out rather well on all accounts, those who saw it on halloween night said they liked it at least.

Well there are times when you just can’t pass up a chance to snap a interesting photo, one that makes you laugh or smile. This is one of those shots of my dad going though old negatives that he took oh so many years ago.

Well there are many of us that enjoy taking photo’s of dogs and I’m such a person – its one of my life passions, always looking for that pup with a happy expression on their face.
